Sometimes I hear the Hey Oh inspiration some times I don't cool still though. The ending reminds me of a very classical style ending so coolness there. Nice guitars though I'm not a fan of the slayer VSTI you pulled it off.

The vocals really does set it apart from alot of the songs on here. Thats always a bonus. Good song over all the compression could of been a tad better at some points but over all everything was pretty good.

Thank you. And about compression, well, im just starting to EQ, so i dont know too much, and yeah, ive tried compression, but im not sure exactly where and how to use them effectively

The full song is gonna be great. Can't say that you need to change anything as it stands. After 1:08 though I hear a nice filter in with a super saw of some sort. Hope to see what this becomes.

Needs some work
Well it's obvious that you put effort into the song so.... Things you could improve on are combining your synths and transitioning from one to another smoothly. The kick in it isn't as dominate in most trance songs so I can see how you are confused between trance and ambient. I'm not really sure how to classify it myself.
Anyways all said and done it's different but could use some improvements. Keep working on it and you'll get the hang of it.

Very nice song. The only thing I could really touch on is the over all quality but that really doesn't ruin the song at all. It's a good song as it is emotional and worth the listen.

I've grown to attune to hearing sytrus I guess. If you want it to sound less "weird and crowded" in your mixer tracks mess with the compression and sound levels of the instruments. A common issue in songs is that one sound is trying to over power another mixing and mashing with the all around quality of the song. Also avoid putting two instruments on a single mixer track.
Over all the song was unique in sound but could of used a little more variation. Keep trying though you will certainly improve.

This song is nice man. Had only a few things that threw me off a little.
Your bass cut out in the song at 1:51 and I see what you were trying to do but the transition of the bass back in didn't seem to fit.. or maybe over used? The ending also confused me like it was mixing into a whole new song. Other then that you have a quality song.

While the guy gave you a 5 score review your gonna have to deal with those people sadly. Not everyones gonna think its great or they just want to make themselves feel better.
It's a cool song has some cool effects. Should mix up the drum beat more to give it a more DnB feel. A cool piece is in the making here though.
